1 softgel 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. For acute needs, 1 softgel every 2–3 hours up to 4 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Rare cases of severe allergic reaction have been known to occur; use caution if you are allergic to plants of the daisy family. Dizziness, irritated skin, rash, nausea, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Do not use if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, or are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives, or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
